Refund & Replacement Policy

1. 7-Day Quality Assurance Guarantee

We take immense pride in the screening, moisture retention, and microbial potency of every bag of Vermi Raja. If your vermicompost arrives damaged or torn during transit, notify us within 7 days of package delivery for a prompt replacement.

2. How to Request a Replacement or Refund

Simply send a message to our WhatsApp support at WhatsApp Support or email flamingarrowenterprises@gmail.com with:

• Your Order ID (e.g. VR-XXXXXX)
• A brief photo of the package condition or damaged pouch

3. Refund Processing Timelines

Once approved, refunds are credited back to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, or UPI) within 5 to 7 business days. For Cash on Delivery orders, we issue an instant UPI transfer to your mobile number or bank account.

4. Damaged or Missing Shipments

If a transit courier damages your parcel before arrival, you do not need to ship the product back. We will immediately dispatch a fresh replacement batch at zero additional cost to you.
